BIOGRAPHY
The Feeders formed in 2022 to act as the backing band for Anders Colsefni, the original Slipknot vocalist, on his Australasian tour. On this tour The Feeders played the first Slipknot album, “Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat.” in full. The international reviews were impressive. The show that the Feeders put together for Anders took the international metal media world by storm having major features in Blabbermouth, Metal Hammer and all other major metal publications.
As industrial clangs, hisses and werewolf howls set the scene, Ander's masked up backing band dubbed The Feeders, promenade through the audience resembling a halloween parade before launching into Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeats. opener "Slipknot". Limber bass lines consistently bring the funk, particularly during DO NOTHING/ BITCHSLAP, with its ever- changing rhythms. Since the completion of the Mate Feed Kill Repeat tour cycle The Feeders replaced Colsefni with Xen (Kaosis frontman). They have also added 2 new members so that they can tour as a full Slipknot tribute act.
The Feeders play all the classic Slipknot hits including Duality, Psychosocial and Eyeless. The band also play some deep cuts from Mate Feed Kill Repeat from their touring time with Colsefni.
The Feeders also recently signed to Rail Records and will be releasing their first original album in 2025.
